If you have ever said any of the following then you are in the right place:
“I am tired of being angry.”
“I want to love and be loved.”
“I do not feel as though I am enough.”
“I am tired of sabotaging myself.”
“I am hurt inside and want to end the pain.”
This is the first and only virtual space for black women that is dedicated to fostering emotional healing. This site is for those who have chosen to heal their wounds, resolve their emotional issues, and live an emotionally healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness: it is a process of change and growth towards an emotionally and physically healthy lifestyle. Let us grow together so that we can be better and live better.
In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness and mental health is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions–it all starts in our head and heart. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in our lives, we must achieve optimal emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness.
I firmly believe we are here on this earth for a reason. To live for a purpose that is bigger than ourselves is to live in the highest part of ourselves. However, this requires us to be emotionally, spiritually, and physically fit. Applying wellness in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.
