What is The Black Girl’s Guide to Healing Emotional Wounds
I am tired of being in bad relationships
I am bitter about past hurts
I want more out of life but don’t know how
I am tired of being a part of drama
I spend too much time in my head overthinking
I am sensitive and easily offended
I don’t feel loved by my parents
It’s hard to find a group of trustworthy friends to do life with
I hurt the people that I love
I am not happy with how my life turned out
I don’t feel good about myself
If you have said any of these then you are in the right place! Keep Scrolling
The Black Girl’s Guide to Healing Emotional Wounds is the first virtual space dedicated to the emotional healing of Black women and girls. We host online peer support meetings throughout the week. These meetings offer a place to connect. Members share their stories, practice evidence-based coping skills together, and learn from one another. Everyone is welcome, exactly as they are.
