2026 Initiatives include
- Listening sessions to understand the needs of Black women and girls
- Free Therapy for Black Women and Girls Program– Ensuring therapy isn’t interrupted during times of underemployment through free or low-cost culturally competent therapy and covering the cost of mental health medications.
- Reducing the stigma by introducing therapy and promoting healthy emotional health in early life stages through the Therapy is a Flex Program
- The Unbothered and Unbroken Project includes sister circles and table talks to women and girls living in marginalized communities and areas where there are mental health deserts.

The mission of The Black Girl Healing Project Inc is to move Black women and girls from crisis to excellence through community support, digital and in-person mental health resources, and professional development programs aimed at reducing the stigma.
To host wellness events and workshops in the areas with the most underserved Black women and girls and are mental health deserts—South Los Angeles, Chicago, New York City, East Oakland CA, Washington, DC wards 7 & 8, Virginia, Memphis TN, St. Louis MO, New Orleans LA, Detroit MI, Baltimore, MD, Atlanta GA, Houston, TX, and Birmingham
To provide immediate and emergency crisis intervention and mental health assistance to Black women and girls 24/7 days per week through AI chat and live virtual assistance.

The Black Girl Healing Project distributed over 100 journals and school supplies to girls at the annual back-to-school drive in SE Washington, DC. Making sure every Black girl feels seen and knows her worth is a priority.
